MTEPE Funds and SPVs

Investor Eligibility
Investments in funds and SPVs managed or sponsored by MTEPE are offered only to investors who meet the definition of “accredited investor” under Rule 501(a) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any higher eligibility standard required by the applicable offering documents.
Real Estate Investments
Real estate investments involve risks including changes in property values, local and national economic conditions, interest rates, occupancy and rental income, operating and capital expenses, and the availability and cost of financing. The use of leverage may magnify losses as well as gains.

MyTimeEquity Digital Asset Fund
The investment strategy of the MyTimeEquity Digital Asset Fund (the “Fund”) is speculative and involves substantial risks. The Fund has a limited operating history, and there can be no assurance that it will achieve its investment objectives.
Investors may lose some or all of their invested capital. Investments in the Fund are illiquid and are subject to an initial 12-month lock-up period, as described in the applicable offering documents. The Fund is not intended to be a complete investment solution and is suitable only for investors who can tolerate an indefinite or extended commitment of capital and withstand the potential total loss of their investment.
Bitcoin and other digital assets are highly volatile and involve significant investment risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Digital assets are not legal tender and are not backed or guaranteed by any government or central authority. The value of digital assets held directly or indirectly by the Fund may decline significantly, including to zero.
The regulatory environment applicable to digital assets and cryptocurrency transactions continues to evolve. Changes in laws, regulations, regulatory interpretations, or governmental restrictions may materially affect digital assets, cryptocurrency transactions, exchanges, service providers, and the Fund’s ability to pursue its investment strategy or operate as intended.

Pre-IPO and Late-Stage Private Company Investments
